Large Group

This semester we are studying the Body of Christ.  What does it mean to be a part of this Body?  What does the Body do?  What does it care about?  What does it have to do with me or the way I live my life?  These are some of the questions that we are exploring this semester.  Please feel free to come, whether or not you would identify as a Christian.  We meet on Tuesdays at 7 pm in the CCMPR.

*****This week (3/30) we are NOT meeting in the CCMPR.  We will be meeting in CC237, just next door.

Small Groups

Proclamation & Action
led by María-José and Ming
When ??

In our small group we hope to understand the call to share the Gospel and our faith with others. We will be looking at different biblical passages in the New Testament for examples of Jesus and the apostles on how to share our faith and how to get people interested in what we believe. We want to grow together as a community who conveys its love for God through actions and relationships. As a small group, we also hope to internalize the fact that God has granted us a Spirit that does not make us timid but that gives us the love and courage to share our faith.

Women in the Bible
led by Katie Dow and Jessica Foltz
Sunday 7:30-9:30pm Jade Parlor

[No boys!] Prophet, queen, judge, disciple, spy, warrior, evangelist. Did you know that these words describe various women in the bible? Did you know that many were faced with extraordinary – even scandalous – challenges? Some took great personal risk to fulfill their calling. Surely we can learn from these incredible women of faith! Come out to our bible study as we explore the stories of many influential women found in scripture. We will even examine the key role some of them played in the lineage of Jesus Christ, our savior. The testimony of these women will speak to your hearts and encourage your relationship with the Lord.
